*MY SPECIALTY*Vibrational Healing Massage Therapy or VHMT is a type of body and energy work that is geared towards opening up the "fluidity" (both energetic and physical) within the structure of the body. Each session is uniquely different depending on the person's needs, yet, could range from chakra work, light to deep detailed bodywork done over the clothing, muscle stretches/compressions, to guided visualizations, sound healing and/or coaching during the session.
